SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. 

USPS Priority Mail is our primary standard service carrier for all orders. While Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-5 business days, it is sometimes delayed.  Please allow at least 7-10 business days from ship date for delivery.

Additional Insurance may be required when shipping liquid type items (including jelly, jam, dressing, sauces, etc.) during freezing weather (generally NOV 23 - MAR 08).  Additional insurance may be required for fairly perishable items during extremely hot weather (generally JUN 01 - SEPT 20). Customers will be informed of the requirement before the shipment is released.  The insurance requirement may be waived by filling out and returning an insurance waiver form by contacting [email protected].

DOMESTIC

Standard Shipping - 

** Packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, weighing less than 5 pounds (60 oz) with an item subtotal of $75 or more are shipped for FREE.  

PLEASE NOTE: Qualifying FREE SHIPPING orders will be sent by the most cost-effective means. Items may not be shipped by carrier chosen during checkout when FREE SHIPPING is applied.

Shipments under 5 pounds and subtotaling less than $75 will incur actual shipping charges.

Shipments weighing 5 pounds or more will incur actual shipping costs regardless of subtotal. 

Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will incur actual shipping costs on all shipments, regardless of subtotal or weights. Please allow up to 10 business days from the ship date for delivery.  Note: Remote locations in Alaska may take longer than 10 business days due to varying delivery schedules in the area.

In the event an eCom or other order is not eligible for FREE shipping, a member of the Mari-Mann staff will contact customers via email or phone with the shipping fee amount. Once payment has been made, the order will be released.  If the shipping fee is refused, we will gladly refund the amount previously charged for the order.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee availability of products. In the event a product is not available for shipment, we will refund the difference to the appropriate payment method.

(Mail orders, if called in may qualify for lesser shipping & handling charges on shipments under 5 pounds & less than $75).

Please Note: If an order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to accept order, because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card the amount of the order less all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20 percent of the value of the order (pre-tax) and any other charges incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.  In the event your order was paid using a check, a check from Mari-Mann Herbs will be issued according to the Returns Policy.

INTERNATIONAL AND US TERRITORIES

We DO NOT ship internationally nor to US territories (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau and the Virgin Islands) at this time.
