If our products do not work for you, then you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. ***

We will issue a Return Authorization Number for you to reference on the return package to ensure your account is properly credited. All credits will be issued to the account used for the initial purchase once the returned product is received. If the purchase was made by check, Mari-Mann Herbs™ will issue a check to the name and address on the check. Credit will be for product purchase price only, less any restocking fees, shipping charges and return shipping costs which will not be credited.
Returns without a return authorization number will not be refunded for any reason.

Please note that this Returns policy only applies to products purchased from www.shopmarimann.com or phone orders placed with Mari-Mann Herbs™ and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the returns policy of the place of purchase.

*** If you are returning 4 or more of the same items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. New, unopened items that were purchased through Mari-Mann's™ website can be returned after 30 days but less than 60 days for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees provided a return authorization number has been issued by a member of our Returns Authorization staff. For us to process your return, the product will need to be returned to us unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done or so instructed by the Returns Authorization staff. Opened, empty, or containers less than half full may not be credited unless there are reasonable circumstances. NO returns or exchanges can be accepted on clearance, refrigerated items (including those requiring refrigeration after opening) or expired product. Some products require vendor authorization before being refunded or exchanged.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to accept order, because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc. In the event your order was paid using a check, a check from Mari-Mann Herbs will be issued according to the same guidelines above instead.
