NOTE: We CANNOT guarantee product availability on Pay at Pickup purchases.  To help ensure product availability please prepay online. If a product is unavailable for any reason, we will refund the difference to the appropriate payment method.

Shop our great selection online and choose to pick up in store when you're done shopping.  When choosing this option after you buy the items in your cart, all you have to do is wait for the notification that your order is ready at Mari-Mann Herbs™! Orders are usually ready within hours during regular business hours.

Bring your government-issued ID (such as a valid driver’s license or identification card) and pickup notification email with you when you pick up your order at Mari-Mann.

You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick up the order.

To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name and email address (optional) of the person who will be picking up the order to the comments section during checkout on the order review page. 

If you wish to add or change the pickup person after checkout but before your full order has been picked up, please contact the store via the CONTACT PAGE.

  • Please enter “PICKUP PERSON” in the subject area,
  • use the email you placed the order through in the email space,
  • reference the order number and your full name in the message
  • AND the email and full name of the person you are assigning as the pickup person.


To pickup your order (also needed for designated pickup person) you will need:

  • a government-issued ID
  • your pickup notification email referencing the person picking up the order.

If you are unable to print your pickup notification email, the associate can view it on your mobile device.


You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, which will contain your pickup and order hold information. We'll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the store floor.

If we cancel your order, your account will be credited for the amount of the order. Any credits or Gift Cards will be refunded with in-store credit.


Note: If you place an order after 2:30 PM (CSDT), it may not be ready until the following day. This time may also be subject to change during holiday season.

All orders should be picked up at our retail location during regular business hours.


Due to variations in products from one shipment to another, some items may be slightly different than pictured or as described. If there are discrepancies in product strength, quantity or otherwise, Mari-Mann will attempt to notify you before shipment or pick up.
