Ingredients: Organic Turbinado Sugar, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Cocoa Powder (processed with Alkali), organic Golden Flax Seed Meal, Organic Gum Acacia, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Organic Vanilla Flavor.


Excluded Ingredients: Gluten, Soy, Nuts, Corn, Eggs, Shellfish, Wheat and Dairy.


  • Brownie Mix (1 bag)
  • 1 egg (Egg Substitution: 2 tablespoons applesauce)
  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup Ellyndale® Organics Canola Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease 8" x 8" baking pan.
  2. In a bowl combine water, Ellyndale® Organics Canola Oil, and egg.
  3. Add brownie mix and use a whisk or electric mixer to mix for 3 to 5 minutes or until texture is smooth.
  4. Spread batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Let brownies cool for 20 minutes, then serve.

High Altitude Baking Instructions: To prepare at high altitude, please make the following adjustments:
•    Decrease overall baking time by 5 minutes per 30 minutes of total baking time.
•    Increase oven temperature by 25°F.
•    Increase the amount of liquid by 1 tsp per 3,000 ft. above sea level and increase by an additional 1 tsp for every 1,000 ft. thereafter.
